Check out the Gift Shop as well as the Ye Old Christmas Shoppe for some cool ideas for your Christmas shopping list! Help an artist and buy artisan gifts this year. These items are made on demand and not produced on an assembly line. There are lovely Garden Journals to give to your favorite gardener as well as a beautiful winter themed puzzle for the brains in your life. There will be more products coming soon, so check back often.
Don’t forget , nearly the entire GALLERY of original oil paintings is on sale this entire month, with more sale prices coming on Thanksgiving weekend. There is only one of each painting, so give a gift that lasts this year to those who appreciate fine art. Remember, art in your space uplifts the soul! And don’t forget to look at your art when you walk by where it’s hanging. Many of us hang it and forget it! Don’t do that. Take some time to really see and stand in front of your art and gaze, allowing your imagination to run free and maybe relieve some stress!
Keep in mind there are shipping delays due to covid restrictions, so shop early and plan ahead.

Christmas Teddy Bears Tree ornament is so cute! Who doesn’t love Teddy Bears? A boy Teddy and a girl Teddy send their message of Christmas love and friendship!
Do I sound like a commercial? I apologize, but I’m so excited to bring new merch to my site! My Christmas oil paintings are part of my private collection, and I’m happy to be able to share them with you in this way. Check out the Gift Shop for more ornaments.
Christmas Teddy Bears are so cute! Actually, Teddy Bears in general are cute, and I have all kinds as part of my home decor, since we live in the forest. These two 4″x4″ oil paintings are part of the Christmas Teddy Bear series that have become my favorite Christmas decor.
Here’s how I use these miniature paintings in my decor, keeping in mind they are actually square in real life, but the way I had to shoot the photo created a bit of distortion. The glass Christmas tree isn’t really crooked. ; )
The little 2″ squared painting on the easel was done last year while I sat in my warm car and used an mint tin as a palette and work surface, during a snow storm. It’s a depiction of a local farm with a red cabin and small barn.
I just love this time of year and using nature as a decorating theme! Pine cones, acorns and the tinsel on the Christmas tree are some of my favorite things. In fact, I was inspired to paint some miniature oil paintings with these subjects, and I use them as part of my holiday decor. I hope your holiday planning is going well and you are enjoying this time of year! I’ll be sharing more Christmas paintings this week. 🙂
“In art, intentions have no place; only results. In good art, the results do not have to be explained. As a matter of fact, there is but one kind of art and that is good art. There is no comfortable halfway station; it is either fine, or it is not art.”
